Exam Fever

As trial exams are about to start and some of the schools have already started most of us get panicked and some suffer from stress which is very bad,don't panic just relax...if you start your studies right before your exams then its complete waste and you might suffer from stress so bests way to over come your exams is to refer past year papers,it really helps.Revision is essential,practise writing answers under your exam condition.Take three hour test without a break in between,preferably at the same time as that of exam.This will help your body clock adjust to the examination time and conditions.Vary subjects and their difficulty so you don't get bored or disheartned.Set realistic targets of what you can acheive in the time available.Food rich in vitamins and proteins,such as green vegetables and fresh fruits can help your brain stay sharp,so it is very good to have them.Avoid staying late night and avoid foods containing high fats.Spend time with people who have a positive effect.It will rub off on you.And avoid negative thoughts such as'everyone else seems better organised,while i am struggling'.Challenge such thoughts with positive thinking,for e.g 'i have done well in exams before'.Practise deep breathing,mediation and yoga as forms of relaxation as they help your body to relax and reduce stress.
